As a Regional Manager I ensure that our management team is properly trained to provide our clients with superior customer service, and the tools required to successfully Govern their Community Association while promoting a strong sense of community.
My approach to Community Association Management is to empower Community Association Board members to Govern their Associations in accordance with their Governing Documents and state laws while stressing the importance of community harmony and pride of ownership. I believe you can improve the quality of life for the members of your Community Association through routine preventative maintenance of the common elements with a proactive management style.
I have my CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist), and a PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations through the Community Association Institute (CAI).
I was appointed to the CAI PA Delaware Valley Chapter Board of Directors in April of 2015.
Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my family, brewing beer, and traveling.
