  • Woods Landing: Ghost Town to Gold-Star Community
    Woods Landing was considered a "Ghost Town" when the builder went bankrupt and the development was abandoned. Now it is a Gold Star Community and it has been rated in 2016 the best Homeowners Association Board by the New Jersey Chapter of the CAI for developments under 1,000 units. How the Homeowners succeeded and turned everything around is a story all developments need to hear and help change their operations.
