Changes and Substitutions
Booth personnel badges may be modified by contacting Carly Reid, Sr. Manager Meetings at creid@caionline.org. Please provide first, last names, city, state and any CAI certifications/designations.
Booth Personnel Entitlements
Exhibit registration includes access to the exhibit hall, the Wednesday Welcome Reception and Lunch Thursday and Friday (badges are required).
Booth Personnel Enhancements
- Exhibitor Full Conference Registration: $400pp – Includes access to the education sessions, General Sessions and the Friday Night Awards Dinner
- Friday Night Awards Dinner Ticket: $100pp
Badge Rules for all Exhibitor Personnel
- Exhibitor personnel badges must be worn at all times by exhibitor personnel during Exhibit Hall hours.
- Badge switching or the transfer of a badge to an unauthorized individual is a violation of this contract and will be subject to confiscation of the badge and removal of the individual from the Exhibit Hall.
