CONFERENCE APP
The Annual Conference app is now live. Each year, nearly 80% of conference attendees download the app. It’s a fantastic way to get real-time notifications, plan your conference education schedule, and networking events.
WELCOME RECEPTION
In addition to mobile networking, you will get face-to-face interactions by joining us Wednesday night for the Welcome Reception. Back by popular demand, CAI’s sold-out exhibition hall is the backdrop for this year’s party. DJ David kicks off Conference with festive music, and there will be plenty of food, drinks, and networking for all. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to start scheduling meetings with exhibitors!
YOGA
On Thursday morning, don’t namaste in bed. Instead, make your plans to meet other conference attendees for Community NOW! Yoga on the patio (rain location will be Gatlin Foyer). The yoga is free for all attendees, and all fitness levels are welcome. All you need is a water bottle. Towels and mats will be provided.
CAMPFIRE SESSIONS
This year, we’re introducing Community NOW! CampFire Sessions to the Conference lineup. Make plans to spend 20-minutes with our sponsors at four CampFire Sessions designed to be an intimate, informal group setting to spark attendee conversation, engagement, and peer-to-peer learning. All Campfire sessions will take place in a cozy space near the CAI Press bookstore. Check your on-site program for the complete schedule.
PUPPY-PETTING
You’ll also find a puppy-petting station provided by CAI Press sponsor, Bank OZK, next to the bookstore! Unleash your conference excitement with our furry friends on Thursday, May 16 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
BACKYARD BASH
Friday night, we’ve ditched the traditional, formal awards dinner for one last blow-out: the CAI 2019 Backyard Bash and Awards Dinner. Come ready to have a great time mingling with conference attendees, playing cornhole and other backyard games, dancing to DJ Dave, and congratulating your colleagues at this year’s Friday night party. We guarantee this year’s closing party will be a great ending to an amazing event.
