Mr. Wilson is the President and CEO of Vanguard Management Associates, Inc., AAMC, a company that he co-founded in 1987 with his partner and spouse, Melanie Wilson. Vanguard Management specializes in providing community management services to homeowner and condominium associations in Maryland and, more specifically, in Montgomery and Frederick counties. Mr. Wilson also specializes in working with land developers and builders in the creation of new homeowner and condominium associations helping to create sustainable community associations and positive community association experiences for the home buyers.
He has been a professional community manager since 1984.
