20+ years of reserve study experience throughout the US and abroad. He is a frequent author for the Florida Community Association Journal and Community Associations Institute (CAI) chapter publications. Matt has conducted seminars for several CAI chapters, the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA), the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA) and numerous other community association management organizations. He is also a Florida-licensed Continuing Education Provider for Community Association Managers.
