I've been on our HOA Board since June 2013. Originally as Secretary and recently made President because our President sold his unit and no one else would take the job. Mountain Villas is a 56 unit HOA in Palm Desert California about half an hour from Palm Springs. Even though we have a manage company I'm totally amazed at the amount of work that goes into this regardless if you have 56 in its. 560 units or 1500 units. It's all a degree of scale.
