I worked in the Aero-Space Industry for 38 years, retiring from Hughes Aircraft Company in 1963.
I became involved in the Common Interest Community business as a board member in 1995, and a Community Manager in 1997, in Nevada. Returning to California, I became a resident in Leisure Village in 2003, and was elected to the board of directors in 2007. Leisure Village Association is about 465 acres, with over 900 buildings, including may amenities and 2,136 individual residences. I became the treasurer in December of that year, and am now in my tenth year as a board member, having been elected to 5-2 year terms. I am currently Vice-President.
I am active in the local CAI chapter-Channel Islands in Ventura County, California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC).
