As a seasoned professional in the community association industry, Colby has earned the highest professional recognition available to community association professionals, the designation Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) from the Community Associations Institute. In addition, Colby has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) from the National Board of Community Association Managers and the Association Management Specialist (AMS®) certification from the Community Associations Institute. Colby has been an active member of Community Association Institute Georgia chapter's Manager Education Committee since 2006, serving as co-chair for 2013 and 2014.
